BERLIN, March 13 (Reuters) – Software program group SAP (SAPG.DE) mentioned on Monday it had agreed to promote its stake in information analytics agency Qualtrics (XM.O) for $7.7 billion as a part of the acquisition of Qualtrics by funds affiliated with monetary investor Silver Lake.
“At a purchase order value of US$18.15 in money per share, the transaction corresponds to a Qualtrics fairness worth of roughly US$12.5 billion on a totally diluted foundation,” SAP mentioned in a statement.
“SAP's stake will probably be acquired for roughly US$7.7 billion,” it added.
